Link Vaca Muerta was born from a need: The unsatisfied demand for housing that conditions the production of companies in the Oil & Gas sector and is an obstacle to achieving their goals. The housing deficit in Vaca Muerta today exceeds 25,000 beds and it is expected to reach 30,000 homes by 2030. That's why we come together, to connect the purpose of those who can develop but need land, with the landowners who are looking to develop it, and with developers needing commercial support to achieve investments and sales. Together, adding suppliers, professionals and owners, we are working on a great plan aiming to build +1 Million M2 between Añelo and Neuquén in the Vaca Muerta corridor. It's together.

Why Vaca Muerta?
Vaca Muerta is the world's 2nd largest shale gas reserve, and the 4th largest shale oil reserve. In the 35,000 km2 basin of Argentine Patagonia there is more gas buried than in Russia and more unconventional oil than in Venezuela. It's estimated that there's enough resource for 150 years. In USD, it would be over 2,5 trillion, +4 times the entire Argentine economy. This is why the eyes of the world are watching the development of a business that has been growing continuously since 2012, and reached record numbers in 2023.
